Four web catalog demos for shops
I built four demo web catalogs for tech shops, each with a different level of features. They let you see on your phone how your catalog could look before deciding, from a simple list with a WhatsApp button to a store with filters, search and a cart.
The goal
Many businesses sell through Instagram and WhatsApp and find it hard to picture what a “web catalog” actually is. Instead of explaining it, I built four working examples anyone can open on their phone. All four are tech shops, because that’s a case with many products, specs and prices that change.
Laptop catalog: the essentials
This is the starting point for a shop that sells on WhatsApp today. Laptops are grouped into categories (Intel, Ryzen, Gaming and Open Box), and each card shows the processor, memory, storage, screen and price. A button leads to WhatsApp to close the sale in a conversation.
WickzTech: for large catalogs
With many products, finding one becomes the problem. WickzTech adds search by part, brand or spec, category filters (processors, graphics cards, memory, storage, monitors and laptops), sort by price and the option to see only what’s in stock.
WTECH: deals and dark mode
WTECH focuses on promotions: the previous price crossed out next to the sale price, a filter to see only discounted products, and a light and dark mode visitors can choose.
Wickz Extreme: a full storefront
This is the closest to a large online store: campaign banners on the home page, category shortcuts (gaming PCs, graphics cards, processors, monitors), a selection of featured products and a cart.
What they show
A web catalog doesn’t have a fixed size. It can be a simple list that’s quick to set up or a storefront with search and a cart, depending on how many products you have and how you sell. If you want one for your business, the web catalogs page explains what’s included and how I work.
Demos
- Laptop catalog The simplest one. Categories, a price per laptop and a WhatsApp button.
- WickzTech Search, category filters, sort by price and an "in stock only" option.
- WTECH Light and dark mode, a deals filter and discounted prices.
- Wickz Extreme The most complete. Campaign banners, featured categories and a cart.
Frequently asked questions
Are the shops in the demos real?
No. They are demo shops with sample products and prices, built to show different kinds of catalogs. Your catalog would carry your products, your brand and your contact details.
Can I ask for a mix of features from several demos?
Yes. The demos are starting points. You could take, for example, the simplicity of the laptop catalog and add WickzTech's search.
